Do pale fabrics mark easily?
Less than a true white, which is exactly why these tones exist. Warm neutrals hide wear and dust far better, and every cover here comes off to be washed. Blot spills rather than rubbing them and most of them never become marks.
Will a pale room feel cold?
Not if the neutrals are warm ones. Natural, oyster and chalk carry enough yellow to sit comfortably against timber; it is the blue-greys that read as cold under Australian light.
How do I choose between the tones?
Order the swatch wallet and put the samples against your floor and your walls, in the morning and again at four in the afternoon. Screens flatten the differences between these four; daylight does not.
Do you deliver to all states in Australia?
Yes. Everything ships from our Melbourne warehouse, and delivery is calculated per shipment at checkout — it depends on the size of the piece and how far it is going. Orders over $1,500 travel free by white-glove courier, who will carry it in, place it in the room and take the packaging away.
What is the warranty and return policy?
Every frame carries a ten-year guarantee, and fabrics and finishes are covered for two years against manufacturing faults. If a piece is not right, you have thirty days from delivery to send it back for a refund, as long as it is in the condition it arrived in.
